		<description>&lt;b&gt;I haven&#039;t used ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I haven&#039;t used Windows in years, but I imagine you could make Windows behave as you want it too with some time. But I agree that Linux, while seemingly complicated for regular end-users, is much easier to tame (WIth the right Man pages of course :D ).

I would have to say the &#039;Yes&#039;ing and &#039;No&#039;ing that you mentioned is probably linked more to the design choices by  Microsoft, Gnome, etc, for the GUI, then the underlying OS.
