Do operating systems on computers have things on them that are not accessible to the public?

Author: Administrator | Files under Operating Systems

Things on operating systems on computers that are only
accessible to the company that made the operating system!

In most cases with the average computer user, there is an awful lot which is not accessible but unfortunately due to well meaning people on sites like this the average user who knows nothing about an operating system is being told how to get into dangerous ground to tweak/rectify problems which means even more problems are occurring such as meddling with the registry, formatting a drive when people don’t realise that they will lose everything. It is a question of a little knowledge being a dangerous thing.
