- calculators (particularly SHARP)
- Sony DVD players
- ovens
I read that microwaves don’t need operating systems because they have to perform only one set of tasks and have straightforward input. That’s why they run a single hard-wired program. Are ovens the same?
Thank you.
I’m not talking about Windows or Linux or anything. e.g. sony Ericsson phones have their own operating system: Symbian. That’s what I mean….do these devices have their own OS?
All this things run on stand alone platforms. In other words don’t think you can hook anything up to a windows, mac, or linux and think you’ll be able to read anything. They are specifically programed with software specific to the device and/or from the manufacturer.
A little bit of yourself in this section. There are 3 three text graphics associated to this section; Subscribe me, Advertisements and About Me. I hope either one will suit your need.
