what is the best wireless speaker system I can get?

Author: Administrator | Files under Reviews

that’s affordable. I saw one from a company that was super expensive (about $500)

Bose has a system that is similarly expensive but at least I’ve heard of them

Sony has a system that allows you to wirelessly link music stored on your computer or Ipod to your existing speakers, although I don’t have an Ipod I think it may be worth it because it’s only about $200

a review of these or other suggestions would be helpfull.

If I correctly understand what you are looking for it would be the very affordable Apple Airport Express. See link below.

Bose is silly and overpriced-rip-off products… that they market with millions and make look good on the outside only. Inside is cheapest possible, shortcut manufacturing practices — so you’re right in looking for alternatives!

    So options, there are lots.
The one that I’d recommend the most is:
    http://www.audioengineusa.com
    Look at the A2 + AW1 adapter.
They will run you about $300…
But unlike the Bose wireless system [which uses cheap untreated paper drivers -2 in total only-2.5" drivers, no tweeters, no mid-woofers, cheap plastic enclosure] … The Audioengine products use silk dome tweeters, kevlar midwoofers, wooden [MDF] enclosures, and the AW1 wireless adapter provides CD-quality HD stereo sound with no reduction in audio quality… and can be used for other speakers… flexibility [which is something Bose is against].

Good for you… you know better than to waste $ on bo$e… Hope this helps! and Good Luck!

Sick and tired of Bose propaganda, deceitful marketing practices, and garbage ripoff products.

ps. If the audioengine A2 speakers are too much $ still… then just get the AW1 wireless adabper [$99] only… and then get any other speakers: from other alternatives like Creative Gigaworks [T20 or T40], Logitech or Altec Lansing ipod docks or computer speakers… all available at Amazon.com for great prices — fraction of silly bose products!
