2012 Solar trouble? no GPS reliability equals no war?
Since this story seems to imply cycle 24 is just beginning why has NASA stuck to the cycles are 11 year story? Perhaps to prevent some from researching themselves? and prepare for not flying commercially at least.

This is part two of my chemtrail geoengineering solar connection hypothesis. If the minimum has greatly contributed to rising temperatures and glacial decay geoengineering cloud cover may have been or is a way to prevent evaporation and a complete failure of the planets normal cloud creation process.
